SHIPPING & RETURNS

SECTION 1c - SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Nidhogg-Arms will only ship our products to authorized firearms dealers possessing a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will not ship to individual homes under any circumstances. All licensed dealers purchasing from Nidhogg-Arms will need to supply a copy of their current FFL.  
IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO SHIP ANY FIREARM TO A NON-LICENSEE (FFL). Any non-licensee (FFL) is required to have any and all firearms (rifles, pistols, receivers, and other serialized parts) shipped to an FFL. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a Transfer Dealer’s FFL. A copy of the Transfer Dealer’s FFL can be sent to us by email at nidhogg.arms@gmail.com. 
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FFL TRANSFER DEALER (FOR NON-LICENSED DEALERS). Orders older than thirty (30) business days with no FFL provided will automatically be cancelled with a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Nidhogg-Arms will not ship serialized lowers to the state of California.
Nidhogg-Arms will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.). 
Nidhogg-Arms will not ship ANY serialized items to the state of Massachusetts. 
Nidhogg-Arms will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Connecticut, Chicago, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois, or Deerfield, Illinois.
Illinois: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited. 
Nidhogg-Arms will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, or Cook County, Illinois.
Nidhogg-Arms will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.
NO firearms sales to Puerto Rico.
Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states: 
•    Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail) 
•    Connecticut 
•    Massachusetts 
Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states: 
•    California 
•    Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail) 
•    Connecticut 
•    Maryland 
•    New Jersey 
•    New York 
Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the following states: 
•    California (No “assault weapons” can be shipped.) 
•    Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail) 
•    Connecticut 
•    Maryland 
•    New Jersey 
•    New York

SECTION 1d - DELIVERY VERIFICATION
An adult signature is required upon receipt of the package to FFL.
